Booking Terms and Conditions

It is your responsibility at the time of the booking to ensure you are able to make the event. Due to the nature and type of booking we are unable to issue refunds if you are unable to attend.

We do understand medical emergencies and illness do happen. If you are unable to attend on the date you have reserved due to an emergency, death, or illness, please contact us immediately via email. We will review them on a case-by-case basis and offer to rebook for another date if possible.  All decisions are at the discretion of Spirited Encounters.

Bookings are transferable to another individual and must be made by contacting Spirited Encounters via email at info@spiritedencounters.com

If you feel you have experienced a problem with your booking, please contact Spirited Encounters immediately to get any issues resolved quickly.

In the event of severe weather conditions, Spirited Encounters reserves the right to cancel an event. We will provide ample notice to our guests along with a rescheduled date or refund.

Spirited Encounters reserves the right to cancel any event if the location the event is being held at cancels due to an emergency. We will provide ample notice along with a rescheduled date or refund.  

Spirited Encounters only uses reputable Mediums and Psychics. However, they can only offer you their perspective or explanations. This should be considered when deciphering the information given or taught to you.

 I understand it is not the responsibility of Spirited Encounters to provide medical advice or diagnose any medical issues. The information provided during events and classes are opinions of Spirited Encounters and do not have precedence over my own opinions or beliefs. All classes, readings, tours, and events are for entertainment purposes only.

A waiver of liability will be provided at your event and must be completed and signed to participate in any event.
